Mr Fidelis Ogwugwa - Fidelis is an Energy Economist with some 25 years of top level oil and gas experience working with multinational companies operating in Nigeria across the entire value chain of the oil and gas industry. Fidelis is a Co-Founder of the business.
Mr. Paul Bryant - Paul is a highly experienced and accomplished oil and gas executive having worked for BP for more than 30 years in many of the key provinces around the world including Saudi Arabia. Paul is a Chartered Mechanical Engineer and a Fellow of the Institute of Mechanical Engineers. Known as a "dealmaker" he with extensive experience in negotiating joint ventures, gas and LNG contracts. Paul is a Co-Founder of the business.
Mr. Olusola Abejide - Olusola has had over 15 years of professional work experience in design and supervision of small and large projects in Oil & Gas and Building Industries. He is certified in Nigeria by COREN as a Mechanical Engineer and he is also a Certified Mechanical Engineering Technologist in Alberta, Canada. He has provided sales and maintenance support to some major OEMs in Nigeria notable among them; Rolls-Royce Power Engineering, Measurement Technologies Ltd., Inciner8, etc. He is a strong promoter of green energy and a member of the Solar Energy Society of Alberta, Canada.
Mr. Lewis Jeffery - Lewis is a highly experience and accomplished oil and gas executive and refiner have worked for Shell and BP for more than 40 years. Lewis is a very highly regarded Project Manager and was TNK BP's VP for Major Projects based in Moscow, Russia for more than 5-years and is used to working in the most challenging environments.
Mr. Mike Cloud - Mike is a highly experienced refiner who has carried out commercial optimisation for a portfolio of refineries and has performed lead M&A roles in refinery purchases and sales. Mike was Commercial Manager for BP’s Nerefco refinery in Rotterdam for a number of years and was involved deeply in the BP/Mobil European JV working out of BP’s Brussels offices. Mike has extensive experience in performing refinery valuations for M&A purposes and has occupied leadership roles in a number of joint venture refining organisations internationally.
Mr. Warren Ogbobine - Warren is a highly experienced business developer and commercial analyst. Warren holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accountancy from the prestigious Auchi Polytechnic. He is a Certified National Accountant, CNA, and member of the Association of National Accountants of Nigeria.
Mr. Paul Fadoju - Paul has over 20 years experience within the UK financial services sector and established a boutique financial advisory consultancy after many years in offshore banking. Paul brings excellent banking relationships both in the UK and Nigeria and has a good working knowledge of both project and trade finance.
